I hold a PhD in musicology from University of Copenhagen (Aug 1998 - Oct 2001/June 2002). I also studied at Newcastle University.

I hold a masters degree from University of Copenhagen (1993), including studies at Royal Holloway and Bedford New College, London University. My dissertation was about „harmony in pop and rock“.
